Zify Forms and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us. Your forms and collected responses remain your intellectual property.
5. Subscription & Billing
Usage of Zify Forms may be subject to subscription fees. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
Zify Forms is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
